Who it is for
This dashboard is for teams that have to explain pipeline movement repeatedly, not analysts building a one-off report.
Reconcile pipeline movement, preserve definitions, and give leaders a repeatable view every reporting cycle.
Understand why the forecast moved and focus the review on the deals and owners that need a decision.
Prepare weekly and monthly updates without rebuilding HubSpot filters, spreadsheets, and slides by hand.
Three-click workflow
Set the reporting rules once, then regenerate the same management-ready view every week or month without learning HubSpot tables or rebuilding the presentation.
Use a read-only connection so the dashboard can use the pipeline data already maintained by the team.
Select the pipeline, weekly or monthly cadence, and the two cutoffs that should be compared.
Generate the dashboard, inspect the Excel-ready rows, and choose the charts and talking points for PowerPoint.
Choose the reporting scope once, then rebuild the same dashboard, Excel-ready detail, and PowerPoint story for every review cycle.
One source, three useful outputs
Choose the charts, rows, and AI-assisted talking points that belong in the management update. Keep the underlying data available when someone asks what is behind a number.
Dashboard
Track the starting value, ending value, net movement, movement categories, and the deals responsible across recurring reviews.
Excel-ready data
Filter and sort the underlying deal rows, check owners and close dates, and identify source records that need correction in HubSpot.
PowerPoint story
Select the additions, losses, pushed dates, and value changes that explain the period, then place them into the management update.
AI-assisted talking point example
“Pipeline fell by 68,000 dollars this week. New opportunities added 145,000 dollars, but closed-lost deals, reductions, and exits removed 253,000 dollars.”
The user chooses what to keep, edits the wording, and can apply an approved PowerPoint template. The underlying figures remain available for review.
Pipeline changes over time
A HubSpot pipeline change dashboard compares your sales pipeline at two dated cutoffs. It shows how total pipeline value and the number of deals changed, then identifies which deals entered, left, changed stage, changed amount, or moved their close date.
Use the same dashboard for a weekly review, a month-to-month pipeline check, or any two dates your team needs. It combines the summary, movement categories, underlying deal rows, and presentation story in one repeatable workflow.
What this dashboard helps you do
Choose any two dates, check that the numbers tie out, and focus the conversation on owners and next actions.
Set the pipeline, cutoff, and cadence once, then rebuild the same weekly or monthly dashboard without recreating filters.
Separate new, won, lost, moved, and revalued deals so the starting and ending values reconcile.
Give reviewers the named deals, owners, stages, amounts, and close dates behind every dashboard number.
Open one dated dashboard before the weekly or monthly review instead of rebuilding last period from a live CRM view.
Select the movements that matter and turn them into editable PowerPoint charts and AI-assisted talking points.
Work with familiar sales concepts without mapping objects, joins, APIs, or internal HubSpot tables for every cycle.

Worked pipeline bridge
This fictional example compares the same pipeline, currency, scope, and Friday cutoff method. It separates changes that affect open-pipeline value from review flags such as stage progression and close-date slippage.
Fictional week-over-week value bridge
USD company currency, open deals only
Do not report only that pipeline grew. New and reopened deals added $450,000 and amount increases added $75,000. Won, lost, and reduced deals removed $315,000 from open pipeline. The team should validate the quality of the new value and review the largest losses and reductions.
A deal moving from Discovery to Decision does not add value when its amount and inclusion remain unchanged. A close-date push-out may not change total open pipeline either, but it can weaken the current-period forecast. Show progressed, regressed, pulled-in, pushed-out, and stale deals beside the value bridge.
Keep deal ID, name, owner, pipeline, prior and current stage, prior and current amount, close dates, movement class, and source timestamps. A zero residual proves the arithmetic, while the named rows explain the decision.
Free worksheet
The management reporting starter pack includes prior and current snapshots, movement classifications, formula checks, named-deal evidence, a weekly agenda, and an editable board deck.
Govern cutoffs, definitions, evidence, commentary, and decisions.
Place the pipeline bridge inside a focused 30-minute review.
Find stale, overdue, and unsupported deals behind the movement.
Preserve comparable cutoffs for future change reports.
Three-click setup
Sign up, choose the pipeline and comparison dates, and create the recurring dashboard in three clicks.
Select the sales pipeline you review. The report should not mix unrelated pipelines without saying so.
Pick the state you want to compare from, with its date, time, and portal timezone visible.
Create the dashboard for the next review, then inspect the named deals behind the net movement.
A complement to native reporting
HubSpot already offers deal change history, pipeline waterfall reports, historical snapshots, and recurring report emails on eligible plans.
SWOTBee prepares one dated dashboard with the before and after values, a complete reconciliation, and the named deals and owners behind the movement.
Questions about the dashboard
Choose two dated cutoffs and reconcile the difference to deals that entered, left, closed, changed amount, changed stage, or moved close date. SWOTBee keeps the summary and supporting deals in one dashboard.
The dashboard shows opening and closing pipeline value, additions, wins, losses, value changes, stage movement, close-date movement, and the named deals and owners behind the difference.
Start with opening open pipeline, add new or reopened deals and amount increases, then subtract won, lost, removed, and reduced value. The result should equal closing open pipeline for the same scope, currency, and cutoff method.
A stage move explains pipeline quality and progression, but it does not change the value bridge unless the deal enters or leaves the included scope or its amount changes. Track stage and close-date movement as separate review flags.
No. The reporting connection reads the pipeline data required for the dashboard without editing deal records.
Yes. Choose any two valid cutoffs for a weekly review, month-end comparison, QBR, or another management cadence.
